Boudoir is about highlighting what is beautiful in each of us, and it can be scary for someone who's never done one before. But it's only scary at first because it's actually very liberating to be vulnerable like that in such a safe place. It is not about being skinny or perfect either. It's about finding what is beautiful in each person and highlighting that. That is my favorite part about shooting these or any of my photo shoots. I get to help them discover what is about them that brings out their beauty. What comes out in the picture is incredibly inspiring not only for me as the photographer, but also for the subject and for whomever they are doing this for, whether it be a their future selves to look back on, their partners, spouses, whoever. .
At the end of the day, a woman's partner or whoever she is doing this for really loves and cherishes those things we critique in ourselves, and it's nice to kind of pause and give this as a gift to a significant other and be reminded of what they find so beautiful.
Each photos are an illusion of reality with which we create our own private world.
Hotel Boudoir is my new exploration into photography. More to come in a few months when I'm ready and able to explore more ideas.
I'm still just a poor artist with many ambitions, hoping to find my mark soon. One of these many ambitions, which is an overstatement is to become a great explorer and finding awesome locales and awesome looking hotel spots.
On top of that, I'd like to see more of the world and more of the different cultures outside my own comfort.I am exploring traveling ideas so I can finally work with the people who's come in contact with me recently online who's discovered my work. Sorry guys for being unable to travel to you at this moment. If any knowledgeable person would like to share their advice, please comment below. I'd love to hear from you!
